A note to our customers. As a small roaster with high standards it is very hard to reliably carry the same exact bean year-round. We have decided to prioritize our high standards so you always know you get the same quality you expect from us. This means the beans will change throughout the year but you can always expect the following:

- Top tier flavor   - Low acidity

- Chemical-free   - Fairly traded

- Compostable packaging

We always roast to order to assure the freshest coffee. 

Please expect 3-4 in addition to shipping time to allow for this.
