All of our drinks are flavored with the highest quality ingredients. We source almost everything from local farmers and our own homestead.* We use more ingredients from our homestead as our plants mature.
*We can't easily grow citrus in our climate so we buy it from a small local grocer.

We call our soda wildcrafted because it is made with wild yeast. Fermented beverages were traditionally made with cultures of wild yeast that were passed down from generation to generation.

Currently we have one flavor of soda: fir. The only ingredients are water, honey, fir needles, and the wild yeast culture. The bottles and jugs are naturally carbonated by the yeast which results in a sweet, fizzy, citrus-flavored drink that tastes like something truly unique.

Yes! Conifers have been used as flavoring for millennia. We have lost our tradition of working with them. The most popular example we have today is gin which is made with juniper.
