Our beans are organic and fairly traded from a farmer's coop in Guatemala. Our energy-efficient fluid bed roaster keeps the beans off the hot metal much more than a drum roaster to ensure beans are not burnt and offer the most consistent roast possible.
Our bags are biodegradable and stamped with algae ink. Simply pull off the tie and throw the bag into your compost pile or use it as mulch.
Our roaster is one of the most energy-efficient roasters on the market. We also use all of our chaff as compost and mulch for our forest garden.
We love fantasy worlds and Renaissance Festivals and we want have designed our products to reflect that. Each bag is hand stamped to create the look and feel of something you would find in a medieval or fantasy village artisan's shoppe to bring a little extra magic to your everyday life.
We roast one high quality bean at different temperatures for great variety. Each roast highlights different aspect of these notes.
Round fragrance with smooth, tart fruit notes and a finish of toffee and chocolate.
